Les axes de recherche de l’équipe « Motivation, cerveau et comportement » sont centrés sur l’arbitrage coût-bénéfice qui motive les décisions :
- Identifier comment les coûts et bénéfices sont représentés dans le cerveau
- Expliquer comment l’arbitrage coût/bénéfice est opéré par le contrôle cognitif
- Etudier comment cet arbitrage est biaisé par les émotions et la fatigue
- Caractériser comment cet arbitrage est modifié par les pathologies et par leur traitement
