Student fellowship

  • who: dedicated to young investigators (master and PhD) from ICM or abroad
  • what: short intership done overseas to gain and share expertise in a complementary domain, and to foster the development of collaborative projects
  • where: ICM and all international partners. For now, MIT, Stanford, Florey
  • when: open call proposed all over the year
  • international range: we welcome and send students abroad

 

Workshop

  • who: dedicated to the principal investigators of ICM.
  • what: This program consists in a workshop event to foster the development of collaborative projects in Neuroscience topics. The goal is to bridge the gap between basic and clinical research. It can also address a technical subject that promote the platforms of ICM. 3 workshops are funded every year.
  • where: ICM
  • when: 1 call per year
  • international range: International and technical scientists invited.

 

Visiting professors

  • who: A PI welcomes a senior international researcher
  • what: ICM invites a scientist with a broad international recognition so that he can apply his expertise to a research project. This program foster interactions with the ICM community through lectures, class appearances,and postdoc or student (Ajités) journal club visits.

  • when: 1 call per year
  • international range: Internationally known scientists invited.

 

Carnot training

  • who: dedicated to ICM teams or core facilities
  • what: open call all year to learn new techniques and know-how by sending ICM staff to other national or international sites, or by inviting international researchers at ICM
  • where: ICM or abroad (ex: in 2017, Institut de la Vision, UCL London, Italy, La Rochelle)
  • when: All the year
  • international range: International and technical scientists invited. Or ICM staff go abroad
